Returns and exchanges

I don't accept returns or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.      

 

Returns and exchange details: 

If for some reason you are not completely delighted with your purchase, please contact me immediately or within 3 day of receiving it. I guarantee the quality of my products and wish for you to be completely satisfied.
 

Returns must be issued within 3 business days of receipt. All returns must be pre-authorized, unused and in original packaging. No return authorization will be issued for items once the wedding date has passed.  Custom or specialty orders are non-returnable/non-refundable.
 

Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If your item was  incorrectly constructed or the incorrect item was shipped to you, no  restocking fee will be applied.
 

Returns will be accepted minus the shipping cost incurred.
 

Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees.                                            

Payment

I accept payments through PayPal. 

Paypal is the easiest and most secure option and is my preferred payment method. However, credit cards, personal checks and money orders are accepted. Checks or money orders must be made payable to:

Shipping

All items are sent USPS. If you live in the United States, you will be emailed a tracking number to track your package.
 

Tymbur Ridge Design is not responsible for lost or returned packages. In the event of a returned package, buyer will be responsible for second shipment.
 

Due to the nature of online business, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
If an item is damage in shipping, please save all original packaging materials. While I do my absolute best to package your order to prevent damage, sometimes damage occurs once your package is outside of my care.  If your item is lost or damaged while in transit with the USPS, you will need to file an insurance claim. I am not able to replace items lost or damaged in transit while in the care of a carrier. The USPS must declare an item lost before they will issue an insurance refund. That could take as much as 30 days.
 

I cannot guarantee USPS processing and delivery times. If you need your order by a specific time, please ask for an upgrade to Express shipping.  I am not responsible if packages are delayed in transit while with USPS. Please note that all shipping times are estimates only. For international orders, customs processing times are not included in shipping estimates. Customs processing times vary by location.
 

Please make sure that you provide an accurate shipping address when purchasing as I ship to the address exactly as provided during checkout.  If an item is undeliverable and returned to me, you will be responsible for additional shipping and handling fees to have the item shipped again. Refunds will not be issued if an item is returned to me because an undeliverable address was provided. If an item is undeliverable and still with the post office, you will need to call USPS to have the item rerouted.
 

Please note that tracking info is provided when your item ships and you are responsible for tracking your package once it leaves my hands.
 

Stock items will ship within 3-5 days, unless otherwise noted. Contact me if you need a rush order. I'll accommodate you if at all possible.  Rush delivery may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges.
 

Please contact me if you need international shipping rates.
 

International shipments are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail whenever possible, unless Priority Mail is necessary due to weight or specifically requested before purchase. Please request insurance before placing your order if it is desired. Insurance and tracking are not available to all countries.
 

Please note that customers are responsible for any applicable customs, duty taxes and fees imposed by their country or state.
 

For international orders, customs processing times are not included in  shipping estimates. Customs processing times vary by location.
 

I am legally required to report a package's full value on the customs form.
